Because there are so many cameras, lenses and filters out there, we have a hard time answering this question. Our compatibility page should help you make the right choice, but if you still need assistance, we’re here for you.
Is it safe to order over the internet?
Yes, cinetactics uses a secure payment system to process your order. If you would prefer to order by phone, please contact us with your credit card on hand.

Do You Offer Product Warranties?
Yes, cinetactics’ products carry a lifetime repair warranty. All of our products are manufactured under the highest standards and are warranted to be free of material and workmanship defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product (proof of purchase is required). Our customer service page has all the details.
How Do I Return a Product?
We accept returns within 30 days, no questions asked. After that, we will ask questions and you will need to file a claim. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. See our customer service page for details.

What is cinetactics?
 cinetactics was formed in 1999 to produce innovative products for those who need them. After three years of development and many prototypes, our first product, the mb80 was introduced in 2002. The first batch sold out quickly. In 2003 we released the first of the Matteblox line and have been adding more products every year.
